Here it is! Do not listen to this now. Listen to it one hour before bedtime tonight, when there are no more cigarettes in your home or car - or anywhere else for that matter. Tonight you go to bed as a non-smoker and tomorrow morning, you will wake up as a non-smoker. Listen to it tonight before bedtime, first thing in the morning, and repeat the same schedule for a minimum of 10 days. After 10 days, you can scale back and eventually, you just won't need the reinforcement any more.
